You can request deletion of your Ravioli account and all data associated with it at any time.
Email support@ravi.id from, or referencing, the phone number you registered with, and ask us to delete your account. We use the phone number to locate and verify your account before deleting it.
We delete everything associated with your account. That includes your phone number, the profile details you provided, your conversation history and any associated stored memory, and any contact information stored from your device address book. Nothing about you is retained after your account is deleted.
Requests are processed within 30 days, after which no data about you remains.
